Is there a way to automatically delete tags that have not been used? We have several tags that were created a couple years ago but we currently do not use them anymore. Of course, we’ll need to be sure they are not part of a campaign but most of the ones I want to delete have not been part of a campaign. Any input would be helpful.

There is no way to automatically delete tags.
You would need to go through them individually.
However, if you want to create an easy way to do it, you can export the tags to a CSV file (be sure to keep the TagID with the export).
Then, rename any tags you want to delete to “delete” as the name, then go do a Data Cleanup process (under admin).
Upload these tags and it will update the tag names for those you named to ‘delete’.
Then, go into your tags and do a search for the phrase ‘delete’ and all the tags you need to delete will show up there.
Just choose the checkbox at the top to select all, then delete.

Thank you, Jeff, that’s helpful information. What about ensuring any tags targeted for deletion are not currently in use in a campaign or trigger or something? Is there a way to make sure before you pull the trigger and delete them?
You would need to go through them individually to determine that.
You would need to click on each one, then look the description under it to see if it is currently used inside a campaign.
