I’m trying to send a reengagement email to subscribers. I installed the IFS campaign for it, wrote the email in my words, selected the users, put them into the campaign, but no mail has been sent out to them.
One more thing. How can I change to unengaged unmarketable to unengaged marketable.
What do I need to do to send these users that campaign?
