I’m trying to export all contacts with a specific tag, but the information is not actually being downloaded - the files are blank, aside from the field categories at the top. I’ve tried exporting as .csv AND excel multiple times, but still not seeing any contacts.

You have to check the ‘select all’ check box at the top of the contact list before continuing.
