Emails are going to junk folder in outlook

After assigning a membership to the user, welcome email with the generated password goes to the junk folder in outlook.

Right, so Outlook deliverability is an interesting problem, if you have done those, and checked you aren’t on a blacklist you probably a) want to look at DMARC (I’m no expert on that) b) talk to someone such as deliverability.info about how they can help you
