Is there a report I can run for all contacts/leads that haven’t been called within a particular time period?

How are you marking down that they have been called?
If it is a tag, you can run a Tag Application Report to see the last time people have had a tag applied.

If it is a field, you can run a report based on that field date.

Thanks Jeff. They make a note. So it would be the date of the last note made.
