Basically, want to restrict the form submission if the email contains a freemail address (IE gmail, yahoo, outlook, etc etc).  

I have some code that I badly put together but I don't believe it is working as intended. (The core of it was made for another service).  I know it will need to be placed in unsettled custom HTML code once the form is published.  

I was kind of amazed this wasn't something already available at IS but maybe people just hadn't thought of it.
