Zoom Integration Issue

I have setup a zoom integration following the instructions here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/207927346-Infusionsoft

When I test, the _WebinarJoinLink field remains blank resulting in a broken link in the email confirmation. Why is the API not sending those details? All tests are moving from IS to Zoom as expected. The campaign works with the exception of the broken link.

That is a Zoom integration, meaning, Infusionsoft didn’t create it, Zoom did. You need to contact them about their integration.
