Why is reCAPCHA not working on Contact Us page

Hi,

On my client’s site - on this page:

The reCAPCHA works as a popup:

However this page:

The popup is not working no matter how many times I submit the form. I’m confused because the code seems the same.

What am I doing wrong?

There’s a settings option on each form’s settings tab to disable recaptcha. Are you sure the second form doesn’t have that checked?
