Why is my "Your Accounts" Blank?

When one of my users tries to log in, it says “You are not authorized to access this Infusionsoft account. If you are a user of this account, please go to [Account Central]…”". When they click on Account Central, the Your Accounts area is blank.

The account used to be connected and shows as active so I am not sure what the issue is or how to fix it. I contacted chat support and they weren’t helpful.

That usually means they’re logged in under a different account (possible an account used to obtain a sandbox for learning?). Logout and then login with the account that app belongs to and try again.
