This has been going on for days. I’ve been trying to access live chat for 12 hours now. When I try to access live chat, I get a box for articles… none of which answer my question. No access to a human being. WTH? Where is customer support inside my Infusionsoft app?
There should be a green ‘Begin Chat’ button that appears below those suggested articles, in the little pop-up. Depending on your monitor resolution, you may want to make the pop-up box a little bigger, as the button may be just out of view. The button doesn’t appear until something has been typed in the box, though.
