I am trying to change the email address that notifications go to once a quote has been accepted and I cannot find it anywhere?
Try this: Ecommerce >> Settings >> Quotes and Invoices
On that page you should have a spot for default from address on quotes - I believe this setting also controls where the notifications go when accepted.
@Greg_Jenkins, there’s also a place in Ecommerce > Settings > Orders for a Notification Address…not sure if that is only for payment failures or everything regarding orders/payment and if it would apply to paid invoices.
