Hi Anne. There isn’t an official ‘log a call’ option in the record, as there are in some CRMs, but I would recommend possibly logging calls via ‘Notes’ in the contact record.
Thanks - then where is the report “Call History Summary” pulling data from?
I believe that report logs when a VM call from the ‘Voice’ widget in sequences is used?
It’s just tasks that have been completed per user. You can click Edit Criteria Columns and filter the report by action type = calls if you want to see all call tasks users have completed within a date range.
