Hi, I’m sure I’m just missing this, but I don’t see where to log a call under a contact?
Hi Anne. There isn’t an official ‘log a call’ option in the record, as there are in some CRMs, but I would recommend possibly logging calls via ‘Notes’ in the contact record.

Thanks - then where is the report “Call History Summary” pulling data from?
I believe that report logs when a VM call from the ‘Voice’ widget in sequences is used?
