What is everyone using for double optin emails
What do you mean “what is everyone using”? I’d imagine most people are using the built-in Email Confirmation Widget in the campaign builder.

One of the things we’ve found helpful is to make the double opt in a text only email. The reasoning is that some servers will let text only pass to the inbox where other emails might not and with Googles “promotions” tab, it seems to be more accepting to the inbox if it’s text.
