Hi everyone, What is best approach in INF for sending notification emails to internal stakeholders when a particular trigger happens? For instance, I’m applying a tag when someone donates $100 or more to our organization. When that tag gets applied I want INF to send me a and a few other internal stakeholders a notification email. Thank you for you advice.
Just set up emails inside your sequences and change the ‘to’ address to ‘other’ and hard code the admin emails you want notified. You need one email per recipient, so create the first one, then copy as many times as you need and edit the to address.
