Hi, I have a question. My email list is sightly more than 2500, and I don’t want to upgrade to the next level. If I remove some of the contacts, what will happen to the data?
Any other actions I can take?
If you have contacts you want to remove, you can export them and save the contact field data into a CSV file for the future. Once you delete them from Infusionsoft they are gone. Exporting doesn’t save email history, opportunities, notes, etc.
