Hi! I want to know what happened if a customer is tagged when de email campaign already starts. He received the emails with previous dates or starts receiving just the ones come after he enters?
This all depends on the type of timers that you use inside of the campaign. If you were using delay timers then all of the emails will run based on the delays you set up.
If you have this formulated as date timers or field timers that are using a date then it will pass and skip any old dates and only trigger the new dates.
