We have some forms that we need to link to our website (our app), for example login and sign up forms, that the lead info collected on these forms needs to go to our app, and to our infusion account.
The codes generated by the form are not configured to send info to both app and infusion.
We need the info captured by the form to go to my website and to mt infusion account.
