We have recently starting using quotes as we offer “Services” that do not need a consultation to close. The quote shell does not offer a report that includes product it or name in the report columns that would tell us what quote has what product.
i thought we could accomplish this by tagging or an action set but i dont see how we can do this pre-sale while in the quote stage only.
of course post sale we can see the result but for planning purposes we dont know how to manage our inventory or in this case human service capacity.
any ideas???
