Hi, @Dana_Schroeder. Do you know if they were tagged when they signed up? If so, you can just pull a list of contacts that have been tagged. https://help.keap.com/help/creating-and-managing-customer-list
If not, you can just view the web form report and see a list of contacts that filled out a particular for. Just go to Reports > Web form Tracker.
