Hi! I am having a problem with email addresses for an entire company of people that are in my database are hard bouncing. We’ve asked their IT team to look at it and they are saying that the issue is not on their end. Is it possible that there might be a fix for it within InfusionSoft?
Every email sender has had issues of late because some of the email clients out there have changes their rules about accepting emails and it’s cause a number of issues, including false bounces, to happen. While they all (including Infusionsoft) are working on overcoming the issue, it has yet to have a perfected solution.
