Hello, I would like to gather additional information from a customer when they place an order using a specific promo code. Is this possible? Either from the shopping cart, or via a campaign triggered from the promo code?

This isn’t possible out of the box but the api can read promo codes from the interface and the api can respond to newly created orders so it would be possible with a code solution that an api developer would create for you.
