Is there a known issue with the unsubscribe function not working? I had a customer try to unsubscribe four times and it still didn’t work. Thanks!
@Customer_Support2, No, I don’t see that on the known issues page, and haven’t heard any chatter about it. Maybe contact Support and they can investigate the contact record in your system.
