I’m unable to insert a new image into my newsletter. It just sits there. I can add an existing image. Is anyone else having this problem?
@Mary_Kay_Davis, there is a known issue regarding uploading new images that our Dev team is currently working on. The workaround for the time-being is to upload images into the Company Files section first and then choose them in the email builder
You may have the same filename (different picture) in your Files List.
Happened to me before too - But, too me days for IS to figure it out and explain it LOL

Is there a more efficient way of “cleaning them up”???
