Two completely different business within the same Infusionsoft account?

Are we able to have two completely different business within one infusionsoft account? (e.g.) A/C business and a Bakery.

Hi Lizette,

  • to separate the clients from the two businesses you can just add a tag “A/C” and a tag “Bakery”.
  • if you want the emails to come from a different person / mailing address, add a user.
    I have two physical therapy locations, 2 users with 2 separate addresses.
    Hope it helps.

You could but it can be troublesome … e.g think of the business name in the footer of emails.
You can put a prefix on all tags and have 2 users.
