It appears that they may have accidentally given you a broken link. You may want to reach out to them directly, as we are a support/discussion community for Infusionsoft Sales and Marketing software.
I would reach out to them directly to let them know “Your link didn’t take me where I needed to go, and I ended up accessing an Infusionsoft Community support forum.” My guess is, they accidentally shared an invalid, mis-typed url.
