Task Note Report

Good afternoon. I have given a colleague access to Admin reports so she can run the Task Note Report for the team she looks after, but when she goes into Misc Criteria she can only see Inactive users in the Assigned or Created by fields, what is the reason for this, do I need to amend some other permissions?

Hi Maureen, I would check that she can see other Users

Application tab > Can see other Users

I would also make sure she has access to their calendar
