System doesn't track click and doesn't confirm the contact (doesn't moves to the next sequence)

Hi guys!

Some people that subscribes to a specific campaign (https://tr308.infusionsoft.com/app/funnel/funnelEditor?funnelId=1680) keep receiving the confirmation sequence because the system doesn’t register the clicks.

I am sending an image below that shows it. The system marked as clicked the email sent after the confirmation (double opt-in), but that e-mail is only sent when someone clicks the previous e-mails.

We clicked the e-mails lots of times, but it simply doesn’t work.
