We have noticed that when the calendar is sync’d with Infusionsoft, all appointments marked as private also sync across. Is there any way to prevent this?
Start with what “calendar”? google, outlook/office365, a third party system less known, a local client app?
Outlook
If outlook online then I believe the only way is through api integrations but there may be a plugin or something similar. If local/client version I couldn’t say.
