Hi there. Is it possible to send SMS text messages to customers? Want to remind them about our meetings Can this be done within infusionsfoft, or would I need integrate with something else?

Texting is not a native part of Infusionsoft. There are two tools that Iād high recommend for this:
PlusThis - has texting and a whole lot more (the link gets you 15% off for life). They also have a 2-Tool product that is only available through their Certified Partners. You can see pricing on that here.
TurboDial - has texting and great integration for telephony
