I’d like to search for contacts in an area of multiple cities. I’ve tried to use City “equals” and City “contains” and drop in a comma delimited list of cities, but it finds no one, although we do have contacts who live in those cities. Is there a special syntax I should be using?
The field type will determine a lot in terms of what you’re searching and how. In the case of City, it’s a text field. Text fields cannot use multiple searches in decision diamonds.
