Sequence Not initiating

Hi All, i am getting this error, i have a WooCommerce platform and using WPFusion. I am sending values to infusionsoft but this doesn’t allowing me to initiate the sequence.

Any help will be appreciated.

The error is seems to be related to the outgoing email address. Without seeing your campaign builder email and the contact record in full, so we can do a proper diagnosis, I’m not sure we can easily help on this.

What I would recommend is contact support directly details here, as they will be able to see all the inforamtion needed to diagnose this.
