We are trying to automate a process where the Contact Owner would fill out an internal form. The internal form would then be sent to an email sequence where the fields in the form would be merged within the email body.
The purpose of the form and email would be to send a “request for pricing” to about 15 vendors. One way to do this is to create 15 email sequences and hard code the vendor email addresses. We would like to create one email template and send it to an email list, or a tagged group of contacts perhaps that would be the vendors we are requesting pricing from.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this?
