Replies to my Infusionsoft emails go straight into my Gmail account? Is this a configuration issue?
The return email address is the one that is assigned to the user record. Whatever the user record has on it is the return email address. Infusionsoft isn’t the return email client.

You can’t get emails to return to you inside of Infusionsoft. It will return to the return address you have on your user id. Infusionsoft isn’t an email client. They send them but they don’t receive them for you… so you have to use your own email client to manage emails.
