In the upper right corner of the [Customer Record] screen, there is a header called [Account Summary]. here there are two fields, [Amt Paid] and [Balance Due], and a button [Show Invoices]. We will not be integrating with our accounting system so they are unnecessary.
I contacted Technical Support and they told me that there was no way to move, hide, or remove the [Account Summary] section. Technical Support referred me to the community to find a developer who might have existing code that could help.
