I noticed that my new contacts coming in through a webinar are now getting an ‘001’ added to their phone number - can I change it so that this does not happen?
I’ve never seen that happen by way of Infusionsoft. It is much more likely the integration doing that.
But we’ve not changed anything. It started happening once the KEAP change happened
Then you’ll have to call support and have them look at their server logs etc… you’re the first I’ve heard of that happening to…
