The phone number field does not allow an extension? There needs to be a place (other than notes) for an ext.
I actually had never noticed that the phone was a bit different between Keap and IBK. So, I’m sure it can be saved but you won’t see it. I mean, it’s possible to use the extension field (with the api) because it does exist, but Keap isn’t designed to show it so it would be pointless. I guess a custom field actually is the only way…doesn’t make much sense for businesses but that’s what I see too.
