Payment processing

Hi guys,

So we are currently using a 3rd party software called GoCardless to process payment for coaching courses that we sell online. However, as it’s a 3rd party software the payment summary details held on Infusionsoft can take anytime between 5 to 10 working days (or even longer in some cases) to update. Therefore without actually logging into the GoCardless account, we are unable to confirm if payment has gone through.

Another downside of this is that we are unable to issue refund directly and at this moment in time we are having to process and refunds via bacs.

We are looking for alternatives in process payment via IS and was wondering if anyone knew of a better solution that allows us to do refunds from IS as well as take payments quicker. Any help and suggestions would be much appreciated! :smiley:

There may be some other options, like possibly Infusionsoft Payments (US, Canada, UK applications only) or connecting another seamless 3rd party merchant account in Infusionsoft.

You may also want to look into Stripe and the StripeyFuse connector, if you need a 3rd party solution that integrates with Infusionsoft.
