I would like to confirm that the functionality of syncing appointments in Infusionsoft to Outlook has been abandoned? Unfortunately if this is the case, our company will be moving on from Infusionsoft as this is critical for our sales team. We are limping along using the unsupported plugin on a terminal server running an older version of Outlook, but as we convert to Office 365 on new laptops, the plug-in does not work.
