Our support team has reported some contacts on multiple order forms (same order form theme though) having an issue with being told the CC expiration date was not in a valid format. This is a drop down menu and typically when a user reboots the computer this issue fixes itself. Does anyone know why this issue might occur?
If it’s happening with only ‘some’ contacts then I might be inclined to think it is a caching problem that only some experience, given the description. But it’s pretty hard to tell not seeing the instances directly etc.

I wasn’t suggesting it was something on your end. I’m suggesting it’s something on those user’s end. Their cache settings could be throwing something off. I only suggested that because it’s one of the more likely issues where inconsistent results are reported.
