I have coded a pop up box for a doc download when people go on to a webpage of mine, however I am getting an error message which is preventing people from opting in which is linked to Infusion. How can I get assistance with this please? Thank you Wendy
Just a bit more clarity 
So where is the ‘popup’ box actually hosted?
How is it getting called (inside an IBK form or on a page on your website)?
Does the popup contain an IBK form in it? eg iframed in (which has issues doing it that way)?
Are you trying to run this popup from page within an IBK landing page or webform or is this also on a website or just stand alone?..etc etc
The workflow is what will matter most in understanding…also what is the error you’re speaking of actually say?
