Obtaining Bearer Token for API

Hi there -

I need to post lead data from a 3rd party into my infusionsoft account. I believe I need to get a bearer token and authorization code and then post pst to the the URL:(https://api/).infusionsoft.com/crm/rest/v1

Does that sound right?
