Not enabling Paypal Subscription

Infusionsoft keeps saying I can’t turn on subscriptions on my paypal checkout express showing the following message

We’ve connected to your PayPal account, however your account with PayPal is not currently set up to accept subscriptions and payment plans.

However I even talked to Paypal about it and they said everything is good on my side. Any ideas?

Yes, I sent them an email more than 48 hrs ago and that’s why I called them and they said all is good . Not sure whats going on.
