I manage two Infusion accounts that each send roughly 200,000 emails a month. Generally, I’m used to seeing anywhere from 5-10 spam complaints a month but since December 15th, neither app has received a spam complaint. While I’d like to think the quality of my list increased as a result of some kind of Christmas miracle and that people have ceased accidentally clicking the report spam button, I’m more inclined to suspect that Infusionsoft’s reporting is broken. Can others check to see if they have any spam complaints since mid-December? I called support but they didn’t think there was an issue.
