Newsletter Campaign

I’ve installed the Newsletter campaign so that people can sign up for our newsletter. Where do I put the newsletters that I want sent out in intervals?

I don’t understand what you mean by newsletters you want sent out in intervals. Are you talking about something like a drip campaign, in which subscribers get emails every day, for example?

I want to have my news letters pre made and send them out on a schedule. I think we will send one out every two weeks. Our business has two “busy” seasons, so I need to have the newsletters ready to go in advanced and automatically sent on the dates we want.

Heather, you can either set them up as broadcasts that are scheduled in the future or a campaign using date timers. The downside to broadcasts is that the list of contacts will be defined when you schedule them…if any have the tag applied (that you used for the broadcast list search) after you pre-schedule them, they will not be included.

I’m trying to set it up to work with the newsletter sign-up and preference center campaign. I don’t get how it works once the customer has signed up.

Did you ever get an answer to your question? A couple years ago, I was at an Infusionsoft User Group and learned how to do this. It’s a little bit tricky.

Let me know if I can help.

Thanks and make it a great day!
