My client is having issues when using the API to add shipping

Orders are coming without shipping information because the API is timing out. This is happening with orders created through a custom app that uses IS API and through InfusedWoo. Are there any know issues? Should we increase the number of retries?

If you are using InfusedWoo then they are using the legacy api. While that is still functioning well and we have a number of client that use it as well that are not experiencing this as an issue, I would first ask how many orders are getting processed as there is a pool limit that it is possible you are reaching and the “throttling mechanism” may be preventing api calls from happening.
