Mobile App > Add Contact > Awaiting Processing

Hi Guys,

I have scanned business cards in the App, that are ‘Awaiting Processing’ for the last 24 hours. Normally they are processed within an hour. Is this normal?

Did you get this working? Support was testing this at the end of last week and it was averaging about 8 hours.

We did yes, uninstall and reinstall and login seemed to fix it. :slight_smile:
