Hi! I have individuals whose payment has failed. I want to send them a reminder for payment and have it include a link to pay. I see where I can send an invoice, but it doesn’t contain a link for them to update their credit card balance.
IFS automatically sends an email, letting them know their payment has failed, but I’d like to be able to send that email manually.

Do you have the “Enable payment collection on invoices” setting turned on? That’s the first step.
Once you have that setting on, anytime you send an invoice you should have the choice as to whether or not you want payment options available for that invoice.
You can manually send an invoice from the bottom of any order record!
