We are having an issue with the connection from our website to infusionsoft through the old iSDK. the site is basically at a standstill while waiting for Infusionsoft calls.
When troubleshooting we removed the plugin that housed the connection and the site speed instantly returned to its normal speed. This loss of website speed is occurring on three websites. All three sites are connected to the same App.
These aren’t API intensive sites so I doubt were encroaching on the throttle limit and it’s never happened before. We first saw the slowdowns occur on Monday 3/16/20. Site speed then returned to normal the following day 3/17/20 but returned on the 18th and is still an issue.
