Is there a wildcard for searching blank fields

I need to create a report of fields that have blank data, is there a wildcard I can use to select these records?

For text fields, if you search “Doesn’t contain” and you put an underscore (_) in the field, it’ll find all empty records. Conversely, if you search “Contains” and put an underscore in the field, it’ll find all records with a value.

Wow! Where is this published? I have been running HTTP Posts to see if a field is empty and setting tags.

This does not seem to be working for the Lead Source field (under Misc.). I’m still getting records with empty Lead Source (None).
