I was sent here via Infusionsoft Chat Support to see if anyone has found/developed a workaround for this issue:
Has anyone found a way to prorate a subscription based on the cost? Perhaps with a WordPress plugin that connects into Infusionsoft, or some other method? I’m open to any suggestions!
So for example if I start with a subscription that charges people $50/month, but 10 months later I decide to change the cost down to $25, is it possible to set it so anyone who paid $50 will have their previous payments allocated towards the now-$25/month product (so then they’ll all stop paying for however many months they’ve been subscribed for, and then resume paying once their respective prorated amounts have run out?)
